Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep this simple: our plans are month-to-month, you can cancel anytime, and there are no long-term contracts. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for subscriptions to TNT AI Labs (Barbary Group LLC).

1. Month-to-Month, No Contract

All plans (LeadFlow AI Essentials™, LeadFlow AI Pro™, AI Growth System™) are recurring monthly subscriptions with no minimum term. Your card is charged automatically each month until you cancel.

2. How to Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to the Services through the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

3. Refunds

Because the Services are delivered and actively managed each month, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, and we do not prorate partial months. Setup fees are currently waived, so there are no setup charges to refund.

That said, we want you to be happy. If something isn’t working or you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@tntailabs.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.

4. Failed or Past-Due Payments

If a renewal payment fails, our payment processor (Stripe) may automatically retry it. If payment remains unresolved, the Services may be paused or the subscription canceled.

5. Price Changes

If we change the price of your plan, we’ll give you reasonable notice before it applies to a future renewal. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you don’t wish to continue.
