This Privacy Policy explains how Barbary Group LLC dba TNT AI Labs (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, the Revenue Leak Index™ audit tool, our AI assistants, and related services (the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide: your name, business name, email, phone, website, service area, business hours, and the details you submit in our diagnostic quiz, chat widget, contact forms, or post-purchase onboarding form.
• Audit information: when you run our Revenue Leak Index tool, we fetch and analyze publicly available content from the business website you submit.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited details (such as plan, amount, and a customer reference) but do not collect or store full card numbers.
• Information collected automatically: basic log/usage data and information stored in your browser’s local storage (for example, to remember your chat session). We use minimal, functional cookies/local storage.
• Customer data you entrust to us: if you are a client, the Services may process information about your customers (e.g., inquiries, names, contact details) so the AI can respond and book on your behalf. We process this on your behalf as described in our agreement.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, configure, operate, and improve the Services; to run audits and generate reports; to power AI conversations; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to communicate with you about your account, onboarding, and support; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment Processing

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are collected and stored by Stripe under its own privacy and security practices. See Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

4. AI Processing

Conversations handled by our AI assistants are processed using third-party AI model providers to generate responses. We configure these systems to respond on your behalf based on your business information. AI output may be imperfect and is intended to be reviewed and supervised.

5. Service Providers & Sharing

We share information with vendors who help us deliver the Services, which may include: payment processing (Stripe), AI/model providers, telephony and SMS providers, mapping/business-data providers, email delivery, and web hosting. We require these providers to handle information consistent with this Policy. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to comply with law or to protect our rights.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use functional cookies and browser local storage to operate features such as the chat widget and to remember your preferences. You can clear these through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

7. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Audit reports are retained so they remain viewable via their shareable link.

8. Your Rights

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect on the “Last updated” date above.

12. SMS / Text Messaging

Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from TNT AI Labs related to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and customer service notifications.
